Who is responsible

What data is collected and why

• Contact form: what your enquiry is about, your email and, if you add them, your phone number and a note. They are used only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent when you send the form.
• Access screen: the email you type (or, if you prefer not to give it, the few words about what brings you here) is saved for one reason only: to know who is interested in my profile and in my work as a designer and artist. It is never used for commercial purposes, never sent marketing, never shared with anyone and never sold. Nobody but me reads it, and it is deleted whenever you ask or after 24 months. Legal basis: your consent when you enter.
• Analytics (only if you accept them in the cookie banner): anonymous statistics about how the site is used, through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookies".

Who else processes it

• Vercel Inc. (hosting of the website), which processes technical data such as your IP address to serve the site.
• Sanity AS (content management, image delivery and storage of contact messages and access entries).
• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Corporation (Clarity), only with your consent.

Some of these providers may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long it is kept

Messages are kept for as long as needed to answer them and follow up on the conversation, and are deleted afterwards. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of each tool (up to 14 months in Google Analytics).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, ask for its portability and withdraw your consent, by writing to ddavidcurbelo@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Qué datos se recogen y para qué

• Formulario de contacto: el motivo de tu consulta, tu email y, si los añades, tu teléfono y una nota. Solo se usan para responderte. Base legal: tu consentimiento al enviar el formulario.
• Pantalla de acceso: el email que escribes (o, si prefieres no darlo, las palabras sobre qué te trae hasta aquí) se guarda con un único fin: saber quién se interesa por mi perfil y por lo que hago como diseñador y artista. No se usa con fines comerciales, no se envía publicidad, no se comparte con nadie y no se vende. Nadie más que yo lo lee, y se borra cuando lo pidas o a los 24 meses. Base legal: tu consentimiento al entrar.
• Analítica (solo si la aceptas en el banner de cookies): estadísticas anónimas sobre cómo se usa la web, mediante Google Analytics y Microsoft Clarity. Base legal: tu consentimiento, que puedes retirar cuando quieras desde "Cookies".

Quién más trata los datos

• Vercel Inc. (alojamiento de la web), que trata datos técnicos como tu dirección IP para servir la página.
• Sanity AS (gestión de contenidos, entrega de imágenes y almacenamiento de los mensajes de contacto y de los accesos).
• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Google Analytics) y Microsoft Corporation (Clarity), solo con tu consentimiento.

Algunos de estos proveedores pueden transferir datos a Estados Unidos al amparo del Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE–EE. UU. o de cláusulas contractuales tipo.

Cuánto tiempo se guardan

Los mensajes se conservan el tiempo necesario para responderlos y dar seguimiento a la conversación, y después se eliminan. Los datos de analítica se conservan según la configuración de cada herramienta (hasta 14 meses en Google Analytics).

Tus derechos

Puedes pedir acceso, rectificación o supresión de tus datos, limitar u oponerte a su tratamiento, solicitar su portabilidad y retirar tu consentimiento escribiendo a ddavidcurbelo@gmail.com. También puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
